How do I begin a new chapter in my hometown?

To create a new chapter, contact a Board Director from the American Speed Board of Directors, download the 'New Chapter Registration,' fill it out and send it to the address that the Board Director gives you. Do the same for the 'Board of Directors, Chapter Agreement,' and 'Board of Directors, Individual Agreement.' A legal guardian must consent for any parties who are under the age of 18 or are not responsible for his/her legal decisions. For minors who plan to be on their chapter's Board of Directors, a guardian must sign the 'Board of Directors, Consent for Minors,' which can be downloaded here.
